If you purchase a paid tier, our payment processor (Gumroad) collects payment information directly from you. We do not see or store your card details. Gumroad's privacy policy applies to that data.
We use only essential cookies (and equivalent local-storage mechanisms) required to operate the site, such as session continuity during the quiz. We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party tracking pixels. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and disclose it before the change takes effect.
We keep your report and quiz answers so your report can remain available to you. You may request deletion at any time by sending a deletion request. We will respond to verified deletion requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. We may retain de-identified or aggregated data for research, analytics, security, and service improvement.
This service is not directed at children under thirteen (13) and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Users between 13 and 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the service. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through our site, write to us and we will delete that information.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond to legally required requests in accordance with applicable law. To make a request, please contact us.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (encrypted database storage where supported by our hosting provider). No system is perfectly secure. If we determine that a security incident requires notice under applicable law, we will provide notice as required.
The service is hosted in the United States (GoDaddy). Data is stored on US-based servers. If you access the service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the service, you consent to that transfer.

findyourpersonality.ai offers a personality assessment (the APMI™ quiz) that matches you to one or more AI systems based on your answers. We provide three tiers: a free preview, a paid Match Report, and a paid AI Operating System. Tier descriptions, pricing, and features are stated on the site at the time of purchase.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users between 13 and 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission. You must be at least 18 or have a parent or guardian make the purchase. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You don't need to create a traditional account, but to receive a report you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We are not responsible for results that are inaccurate due to incorrect or incomplete answers on your part.
Paid reports are sold through our payment processor (Gumroad). Pricing is shown on the site at the time of purchase and may change for future buyers. All taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.
All sales are final. Paid reports are custom-generated digital products based on your quiz answers and are delivered immediately after purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with a match recommendation, or failure to use the report.
Technical issues. If your paid report does not generate, your report link does not work, or you receive the wrong tier, contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, restore access, or re-run the report.
Our refund policy does not override any chargeback rights you have through your payment provider or card issuer.
APMI™ and Adaptive Personality Match Index™ are trademarks claimed by FYAI LLC. The matching system, the quiz instrument, the AI panel profiles, the report content, and the underlying code are the intellectual property of FYAI LLC, except where otherwise noted. The academic paper is published under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC 4.0).
You may share your individual report (the URL or the rendered content) with others for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, repackage, or resell our content, prompts, prompt prefixes, framework, instrument, or matching system without our written permission.
By submitting quiz answers, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use your answers to (a) generate your report, (b) operate and improve the Service, and (c) include de-identified, aggregated data in our research and publications. We will not associate your name or email with published or shared aggregated data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI match recommendations will produce any particular outcome for you.
The APMI quiz is an informational matching tool. It is not a psychological diagnosis, clinical assessment, employment screening tool, or mental-health instrument.
The report is informational and intended as a guide. It is not professional advice. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, financial, or business consultation. Use your own judgment when applying any recommendation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FYAI LLC, findyourpersonality.ai, and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the report giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FYAI LLC, findyourpersonality.ai, and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least thirty (30) days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where reasonable, notify users by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but sections relating to intellectual property, license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
